For the past 3 years, I’ve been working on my biggest project to date. Since we last launched Running Repairs Online in 2023, I’ve been focused on improving the course in every way possible! First, we gathered feedback from course members, then we made a plan to take a popular course and make it even better!
The course is brand new and up to date, with more great clinic resources and a host of additional features. We’ve created a comprehensive collection of new practical videos, professionally filmed in a fully equipped gym, to bring you high-quality, actionable guidance you can apply directly in clinic.
The aim has been clear throughout: to make the course deliver as much as possible to help you get great results for your patients.
Running Repairs Online will improve your confidence and knowledge in treating runners of all levels. You’ll become an expert in gait analysis and learn a host of new exercise options your patients will love.
The course will bring you up to date with the evidence, including the latest best practice guidelines, and our ‘Paper Round’ feature will summarise new studies for you as they emerge.
The modules have been carefully designed to take you step by step through all aspects of running injury management from the start to the finish line!

What does Running Repairs Online include?
We designed the modules to cover all aspects of rehab and include a mix of presentations and practical videos. First, we lay out core principles for treating runners in module 1, so you have strong foundations for your practice. Then, in module 2, we guide you through subjective and objective assessment of runners so you can know their rehab needs and how to address them.
Many people find gait analysis daunting, so in module 3, we cover it in detail, including a step-by-step approach and a selection of effective cues you can use to reduce your patient’s pain when running. Module 4 is strength and conditioning for runners, the research and how to apply it in clinic to create progressive rehab plans that can build strength and enhance performance!
By this stage of the course, you’ll be confident in assessing runners (including how they run) and in planning their exercises and treatment. Module 5 will help you with the next step… a successful return to running and bringing your patients back to their best! Plus, we have a host of resources you can share with them to get them back on track.
From module 6 onwards, the course’s focus changes. We explore the specific management of the running injuries you see every day, including:
- Tendinopathy
- Plantar Heel Pain
- Bone Stress Injury
- Muscle pain
- ITBS
- Patellofemoral Pain
We also have our detailed modules on Achilles Tendinopathy, the Solving Shin Pain series and much, much more!
