Our articles are not designed to replace medical advice. If you have an injury we recommend seeing a qualified health professional. To book an appointment with Tom Goom (AKA ‘The Running Physio’) visit our clinic page. We offer both in-person assessments and online consultations.

We’ve had a great response to our Running During Pregnancy podcast recorded with an expert panel – Rita Deering, Shefali Christopher, Emma Brockwell and Grainne Donnelly and the wonderful Running Medicine Podcast hosts Bryan Heiderscheit and Jeremy Stoker.

Now the crew has got back together for part 2 which is all about postpartum running and important considerations for women who want to return to sport after having a baby. Listen below and be sure to check out part 1!

We have a free, in-depth guide for clinicians to help women return to running post-pregnancy. Click here to find out more and access the guide.
