Our articles are not designed to replace medical advice. If you have an injury we recommend seeing a qualified health professional. To book an appointment with Tom Goom (AKA ‘The Running Physio’) visit our clinic page. We offer both in-person assessments and online consultations.

It’s not always easy to illustrate to runners the importance of balancing their training with adequate recovery so we’ve put together a brief video using a Training Graphics Equaliser to talk about achieving this balance. For more on this topic check out our recovery series or join us on Running Repairs for a weekend full of running rehab!

  1. Great video, thanks! March is the right moment to push your limits 😛 I’m also training for a half marathon (but I’m not pregnant) with SportMe marathon trainer which calculates all the run details, including elevation and calories burned.
