There’s growing evidence for the benefit of strength training for runners. This review, for example, highlights how it can improve both running economy and performance. A question remains though… what muscles should we strengthen?

This discussion point has proven popular in Running Repairs Online and a follow-up question always gets raised… what about the ‘core’?!
