One of my pet hates is hearing a patient has been told that they don’t ‘activate’ their glutes or they’re not activating them properly or in the right order. Imagine that, your whole life you’ve somehow been using your muscles wrong! There was a specific way and a certain order you were meant to follow and now you’re doomed!
