I love working with athletes but I’m the first to admit it isn’t always easy for them or us. We can have a clear idea about what we’d like them to do to improve but they may have other ideas or find it difficult to follow our recommendations. It’s not surprising then that as much as 70% of patients don’t do rehab as instructed!
