The team are experts in MSK health, with the majority of them educated to masters level and beyond.
The clinic has 4 treatment rooms and a well equipped rehabilitation gym. As well as traditional physiotherapy assessment and treatment, the Flex team are able to offer more specialist treatments such as knee bracing, ultrasound imaging and guided injections, injury prevention screening, women’s health, paediatrics and shockwave therapy which is a cost effective, evidence based treatment for the management of tendon problems.
Flex is an evidence-based practice. Typical clients vary from those with simple aches and pains, through to the recreational ‘weekend warrior’ and to the elite athlete. They treat a wide range of conditions from whiplash and back pain, to post operative conditions, sports injuries, joint pains and overuse injuries.
Flex Physio can manage the vast majority of MSK conditions in house. But if further investigations are needed the team have referral rights for x ray, MRI and blood testing. The also have excellent links with the local specialists including orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons and rheumatologists.
