Our Back Rehab Challenge is well underway and over 2,000 therapists have signed up to share exercise ideas and videos and learned to new ways to help people with low back pain. 

Each day we’re creating a video to share with everyone who has signed up and below is our video from today, day 1 of the challenge, on exercise options to reduce pain.
